We will offer a refund on any products purchased at Health Magic Online as per the following criteria:
Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivered
If your goods have been damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. We apologise for the inconvenience, and if warranted we will resend the correct or replacement item to you as soon as possible or provide a refund up to the purchase price of the affected items. To arrange please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 88 95 10.
If any of the products you have received are faulty please contact our Customer Service Team to advise of the issue and arrange a full refund. If required we will arrange for the products to be collected from you and returned to Health Magic.
Please note the following requirements:
You will require your original Health Magic invoice number as proof of purchase. If you cannot advise your invoice number or other acceptable proof of purchase, Health Magic reserves the right not to offer a refund.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
Refunds will be issued at the original price paid
No refunds will be given on free items
Notification of affected items must be made no more than 24 hours after you have received the goods
