Welcome to Health Magic Online. Here we have outlined for you our delivery and returns policy, which may be amended by us from time to time with no notice to you.

When using any Health Magic service you are also subject to any rules or guidelines which may be posted, or emailed from time to time. Your continued use of www.healthmagic.com.au constitutes an affirmative, acknowledgment and agreement by you that you accept and agree to abide and be bound by the following and any amendments made.


There is flat delivery fee of $10 plus GST to all major cities within Australia. We reserve the right to quote freight at cost to areas within Australia but outside of the major cities in each state. No international shipments can be accepted at this time.

Dispatch and Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your order within three business days of receiving it online. For orders we generally use Australia Post or Star Track Express. Unless specified otherwise by the customer, Health Magic reserves the right to choose the best freight option for your location. After dispatching your order, you can expect your order to arrive as per the following timeframes*:

  • ACT and New South Wales: 2-5 working days
  • Queensland and South Australia: 3-7 working days
  • Victoria: 2-5 working days
  • Western Australia and Northern Territory: 6-10 working days

* Remote regional areas may take longer

No deliveries can be made on weekends or Public Holidays.

If you receive a calling card from the courier please respond to them within 24 hours, otherwise they may return your parcel to us. If this occurs, you will be responsible for any additional freight costs to resend you the order.

Special Delivery Instructions

Should you have a special delivery instruction, please enter the relevant information in “Delivery Instructions” or in the comments field when completing your order. The delivery instructions will be passed onto our courier. We cannot however guarantee that the courier will follow your instructions.

Acceptance of Delivery

By signing the courier consignment note, you are accepting that the product has been received by you in good condition.

BEFORE signing the consignment note, please either inspect the goods to make sure nothing is broken, or sign the consignment note “Subject to Check”.

Under the terms and conditions of most common couriers, when you sign for your parcel, you are accepting it as it is presented. Failure to check the goods before signing, or signing the consignment note “Subject to check” will void any insurance on the consignment by the courier or by Health Magic.

Goods Delivered Damaged

Should you receive your goods and they have been damaged in transit:

  • Please do not sign the courier consignment note or sign it “subject to check”
  • Leave the goods in the damaged packaging as they were delivered. This will assist with any discussions and subsequent claims on the courier company.
  • Call us on 1300 88 95 10 within 24 hours of receipt
  • Have your order confirmation on hand as reference
  • Our customer service team will arrange a replacement or refund for the damage goods

Goods lost in transit

Should you not receive your goods within the delivery schedule please contact us on 1300 88 95 10.

  • Have your order confirmation on hand as reference
  • Our customer service team will contact the courier company to track the goods
  • Where the courier company can show that the goods have been delivered to the correct address and you have provided an authority to leave, Health Magic Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for the missing goods
  • If you did not give authority to leave and your package has gone missing our customer service team will arrange a replacement or refund for the lost goods

Payment and Security

All our online payments are handled by the Payway (Westpac) secure sites. Your name and address are kept for record purposes only and will not be disclosed to any other person or institution.

Payment Currency

All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and all transactions are processed in Australian dollars.


There is no GST payable on some of our food items, however where GST is payable the GST will be shown in the cart, at checkout and on the invoice enclosed with the shipment. GST is payable on postage and shipping.

Refund Policy

If you have any reason for not being fully satisfied with our products please contact us on 1800 88 95 10 and we will either refund the full amount or send a replacement shipment.

We reserve the right to collect the unsatisfactory product at our expense or where this is not possible, a picture and description should be given as to reason for dissatisfaction.

For collection of the goods, Health Magic will choose the most suitable courier based on your location and the service available to your area.

Delivery of Incorrect Product

In the unfortunate event that you are sent the wrong product, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered free of charge.

Should we require the incorrect product to be returned, we will arrange a courier to collect it at our cost.

Incorrect Product Ordered

If you order a product in error, a refund will be honoured for the product provided it is returned to us at your cost, within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice and in a resalable condition, that is, unopened, in its original condition and with the original packaging intact. Returned goods that are received damaged will not be considered for a refund.

The refund will be for the original amount paid for the product exclusive of freight costs and will be issued within seven (7) working days from date of receipt. Refunds are made using the original payment method and back to the account from which payment was originally made.
