Gluten Free Plain Flour is a well-established and well known staple: a convenient vegetarian/vegan multi-purpose product which is ideal in general baking and often as a replacement for wheat flour in most applications. It contains less than 10ppm of sulphites. No preservatives are used or added. There is a small amount of sulphur dioxide present in the maize and tapioca starches used. All ingredients are non-genetically modified. The soy and rice flours have been “precooked” and dried (prior to milling) to enhance flavour, convenience and keeping qualities. Wherever possible, Australian ingredients are used.
